A: Times will vary depending on the product but usually 2-7 days for the item to be shipped then standard shipping/transit times apply (1-6 days for domestic).
Q: How much will shipping cost and why isn't it free anymore?
A: Shipping is calculated depending on the item and where it is going. We changed to charging for shipping as it is may be fairer prices for you if you buy one or more items. Not all items are from the same source, but if they are then you will save rather than a standard cost fixed into the price.
Q: Where can I purchase merchandise in person?
A: At this time, you can't. These products are only available online.
Q: I wish to make a bulk order, can you offer a discount?

Q: Can you do custom orders?
A: Yes, if you would like a bulk order of custom items, contact us at email@example.com. We do reserve the right do refuse designs for a variety of reasons but we are more than willing to work with you to meet your needs. Please plan ahead as the design process can take some time until you are happy and then the items will have to be shipped.
Q: When do you run sales?
A: Very infrequently at this time. We price our products as reasonably as possible, this leaves little to no room for special promotions or sale items. Our goal is to be as fair as possible everyday, not just occasionally.
Q: I have an issue with a purchase, what do I do?
A: If you have any issues with one of our products, we want to know. We want you to be satisfied and comfortable buying from us. So if you get the wrong item, item is flawed or other issue; please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
